Steven M. Hanna

Steven Hanna is a founding partner at Patterson Hanna & Associates, LLP.

Mr. Hanna was admitted to the California State Bar in 1980 after earing his Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Accounting from California State University, Northridge and his law degree from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law.

Mr. Hanna, along with Steven Patterson, formed Patterson Hanna & Associates in 1985. He is admitted to practice law before all counts in the State of California and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.

Mr. Hanna heads the firm's General Litigation and Personal Injury departments, and has litigated cases to conclusion before judges and juries in a broad spectrum of matters including personal injury cases (representing primarily plaintiffs), business and contract disputes, probate matters, partnership disputes, corporation disputes, professional liability claims, and real estate disputes. He also represents clients in private arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution forums.

Mr. Hanna also heads the firm's Business and Transactional Law department, putting his ten- year background in the banking and insurance industries and his practical experience in real estate acquisitions and development to work forming business entities and advising the firm's corporate and commercial clientele.
